ETOL Film Night is a unique opportunity and annual event for people in the ETOL community and beyond to share their experiences with exploring the outdoors through photography and film. The event is hosted by fourth year students within the Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership program at Mount Royal University, giving them the opportunity for real-world experience and putting their classroom theory and knowledge into practice.

Proceeds from this night will go towards the Allan Derbyshire Student Fund, which will financially assist students of the ETOL program in covering the costs associated with their non-academic graduation requirements such as expeditions and certifications. Funding for these pursuits is handed out based on an application process.

ETOL Film Night 2024 will be held at the Bella Concert Hall at Mount Royal University on November 14th, 2024. Doors open for the silent auction, a 50/50 raffle, mingling, and other exciting festivities at 6:00pm. ETOL Film Night itself will run from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

Important: All ticket holders, including in-person attendees, will receive a livestream link in case of illness/COVID symptoms. Livestream tickets will not receive access to the venue. No refunds will be issued for this event.
